donorflex's month-long regional roadshow season has ended on a high note.
The biggest-ever turnout for an event in Scotland brought the six-date run to an end and confirmed the evidence of the past year – that the system is being more widely and deeply through organisations than ever before.
The traditional approach of mixing an informal setting with high levels of insight and information once again struck a chord with delegates from Esher's Princess Alice Hospice, right through to the final date at the University of Edinburgh's splendid St Leonard's Hall.
The Make a date with 8 agenda focused attention squarely on the September release of donorflex 8, including the much-anticipated Lottery module.
The new cast of Linking Hands comic-strip characters proved a popular addition to the RUG line-up and will feature more and more as the months pass.
Once again, we left with as rich a harvest of ideas and suggestions as our delegates did. The task of sifting through them has already begun – and so has the happy duty of replying to thank-you message like this, from Henshaw's Cristina O'Reilly.
"It was lovely to see you all at the North West roadshow," she wrote. "It was very well organised and presented and I enjoyed it tremendously. I have to say that I have the same enthusiasm about the system as you all have – I've been using it for about 12 years! I always learn something new at these events, which is great!"
