donorflex continues to put smiles on faces in charity organisations across the land.
The system tops the table in Professional Fundraising magazine's industry-wide Customer Relationship Management software survey, which asked users these questions:
- How do you rate your CRM software for functionality, cost, integration with other systems and ease of use?
- How do you rate your CRM software supplier for technical support, knowledge of the charity sector and commitment to the charity sector?
Reassuringly, it scores a faultless 100 per cent from respondents when asked the most important question of all:
Would you recommend your current supplier to other charities?
“We're delighted with that endorsement from our users,” says donorflex Client Services Director Judith Todd. “Our ethos is about more than just selling systems. It's massively important to us that clients know that donorflex grew out of the charity sector, and that, as a team, we have an unmatched understanding of what they need it to do for them, every day of the year. It means we're dedicated to helping them achieve their aims and objectives. We're with them for the long haul.”
The magazine's 2008 survey springs no surprises in revealing that UK organisations continue to be provided with a wide choice of solutions, some rated highly, others not.
It also underscores the risks in opting for a bespoke system, and it emphasises a theme that will be familiar to donorflex users everywhere.
Correct data structure and policy are vital from the outset, if users are to make their investment count.
And it's important for charities to allocate sufficient financial and personnel resources to ensure that a coherent database strategy is implemented and remains effective.
“Duplication of data also appears to be a common problem among some charities,” says Judith. “More and more of our prospective and existing users are turning to donorflex as the single solution for all their needs. It makes sense for them to do so, because it delivers.”
