donorflex's Patrick House HQ has started to buzz with the early flutters of excitement about this year's full national conference.

Soundings from delegates at January's Gift Aid seminar echo those from last year's record-breaking run of Regional User Group roadshows, and point firmly to an appetite for a two-day conference with distinct finance and fundraising tracks.

Timing, location and cost will clearly be the most important factors, so the CDS team won't be making any hard and fast decisions until we've heard more thoughts from our friends and colleagues across the country.

As our series of Lottery seminars are held, we'll be providing you with an opportunity to have your say and help shape our final decision. That will come in the form of a simple DUC 2010 user survey that we'll publish in a few weeks time.

While we have our own ideas forming, to set you up for your contribution here's an early taste of the kind of ground the survey will cover:

  • Are you in favour of a two-track conference, covering fundraising and finance?
  • What donorflex topics would you like to see covered?
  • What input from HMRC would you like to see on the agenda?
  • What focus would you like to see covered by our keynote speaker?

Please feel free to tell us your early thoughts by logging in to the user forum's Chat area, where you can click in to the DUC 2010 topic and share ideas with us and other users.
