We're just a few days from the first planning pow-wow for this year's full national donorflex user conference.

As a reminder, soundings from delegates at January's Gift Aid seminar echoed those from last year's record-breaking run of Regional User Group roadshows, and pointed firmly to an appetite for a two-day conference with distinct finance and fundraising tracks.

We have an instinctive idea of the timing of the event, but location and cost are equally important factors.

A couple of weeks ago, we said that the CDS team won't be making any hard and fast decisions until we've heard more thoughts from our friends and colleagues across the country. Today is your chance to help shape our final decisions.

If you click this DUC 2011 survey link, while we have our own ideas forming, you can give us your thoughts on questions like:

  • Are you in favour of a two-track conference, covering fundraising on one day and finance on another?
  • What donorflex topics would you like to see covered?
  • What input from HMRC would you like to see on the agenda?
  • What focus would you like to see covered by our keynote speaker?

Don't forget, we pride ourselves on holding conferences that deliver most insight and information possible in a fun and informal atmosphere. Over to you!
