The gradual arrival of spring, after a long and character-building winter, has provided the inspiration for a fresh start all round.

At donorflex, that's happened in the shape of a new training diary for the months leading through to the summer holidays.

And what a busy time it's going to be, as organisations become fully immersed in preparations for their round of summer events like midnight walks, garden fetes and gala dinners, then move seamlessly on to the long run-up to the 2010 festive season.

That's why the new training schedule starts with dates for users to brush up their skills using the Merchandise and Organised Events modules, to make the absolute most of the opportunities coming up.

For our newest training course, we've drawn inspiration from the reaction to our very successful run of Regional User Group roadshows in 2008, which ran with the A to Z of donorflex theme.

The format passed control of the agenda over to you. In short, you picked a letter and asked your question about any aspect of donorflex. The new A to Z of donorflex training course will provide the same opportunity.

What's more, we've changed the traditional rhythm of our training diary and provided Tuesday and Wednesday dates for each of the courses, to reflect the fact that many donorflex organisations operate part-time staff who will find the midweek option welcome.

So, what's on offer up to July? These are the courses that will help to broaden your donorflex skills and raise your organisation's results:

  • Making the most of Merchandise in time for Christmas
  • Organised Events makes the difference
  • Easing beginners into donorflex
  • Growing your data importing and exporting skills
  • Regular giving made swift and stress-free
  • The A to Z of donorflex
