A big thank you to all our users for their help while the bulk of the Care Data Systems team was off-site on Tuesday, May 18, for an important ‘away day'.
We're not about to reveal any details about where exactly it will lead in terms of system features and our support services beyond donorflex 8.
However, the eight-hour session went very well, and we're confident that users will be delighted with the fruits of the conversations, as they gradually emerge.
"We don't often leave Patrick House so lightly manned because we like to ensure that every call is answered," said Client Services Director Judith Todd. "But the away day was an important point in our forward planning, and clients responded with patience. We managed to provide a response to everyone who called, and we must offer a big word of thanks to them for their understanding."
