donorflex users can now book at seat for September's run of Regional User Group roadshows.

The online forms are now open and can be reached by your donorflex Liaison Manager, who has Client menu access rights to complete the registration. More details at the end of this article.

RUG gatherings are always a highly popular opportunity to chat about donorflex with the Care Data Systems team and other users, and to return home equipped with sharper skills and fresh enthusiasm.

What's this year's theme?

Always listening, always learning is the title of this year's programme. The theme reflects the process that has turned your ideas into the new features and improvements that, we think, make the next release of donorflex so exciting.

The full agenda is being shaped, but – among other topics – expect it to include a focus on Organised events imports, mail merge enhancements, Just Giving and Rapid Data Entry, with an overview of the forthcoming release. More details as the build-up gathers pace.

And the cost?

After keeping the delegate rate pegged for the past three years, rising costs have forced a slight increase to £30 plus VAT in 2010. Don't worry, though. What we have planned will be great value.

Ask you donorflex Liaison Manager to click this link, log in to the Client menu's Courses and bookings link, then simply complete the booking form for the venue that's right for you and your colleagues.

Don't forget, the first part of the booking form is solely to provide us with the details of the person managing your booking – the second stage is for the details of the individual delegates.

It means that, if you complete only the first part of the form, you won't have registered a booking.
