donorflex 10 is proving to be the biggest draw in our 24-year history!
February's 'Power of 10' Regional User Group roadshows, which will showcase the new release, have long since surpassed all previous RUG and User Conference records.
A total of 215 delegates from almost half of our client base will join us for the day of insight, inspiration and fun that’s outlined below.
The first roadshow for the South East clients at Esher Rugby Club sold out weeks ago, while we’ve had to add capacity to both the NE event at Barnsley Hospice and the SW gathering at Thornbury Golf Centre to meet demand.
The Midlands group (Douglas Macmillan Hospice, in Stoke) and the North West roadshow (at Trinity Hospice, Bispham) are less than a handful from the same landmark, while the number of seats left for the Scotland and Northern Ireland event at St Leonard’s Hall, Edinburgh, can be counted on the thumbs of one hand.
Don’t forget, we’ve invited JustGiving to talk to RUG delegates about data integration with donorflex 10. They’ll be with us at every venue apart from Edinburgh, where Patrick O’Donnell and Steve Mason will deliver the insight themselves.
“We’re delighted at the response,” says managing director Brian Todd. “It says a lot about the anticipation that’s been building of the new features in donorflex 10, but it also speaks volumes for the organisations attending. They clearly understand the importance of finding out how to use the new functionality in the best way for them.”
The cost per delegate is £38.40 (including VAT), which includes lunch and refreshments and is a fraction higher than the cost of joining us at the 2010 dates. We think you'll agree that it's exceptional value for money.

JustGiving's pledge to RUG delegates
During this session, you'll learn how to efficiently integrate your JustGiving donation data with donorflex. This will help your charity provide exemplary supporter care, plus gain an exclusive insight in to some of our recently released products, including the new in memorial pages and collections.
Great value, brilliant functionality
“Clients will know only too well that costs are rising, but we’ve kept the delegate rate as low as we can so that clients can gain the maximum benefit from these roadshows,” says Client Services Director Judith Todd.
“The team has planned a day of insight that will more than match anything we’ve done before, and we look forward to hearing everyone’s reactions when they see what donorflex 10 will bring. We think it’s going to be an early highlight in what promises to be an exciting year.”
Book now!
If you still want to take up one of the remaining few places, do it now!
As with training courses, we make the Client menu’s Courses and bookings link a restricted-access area. So, once you’ve chosen your venue, ask your donorflex Liaison Manager (DLM) to log in and make the booking. Note that the first part of the booking form is for the contact details of the person who’s managing the booking. If that person is also due to be a delegate, please make sure their details are recorded again in the second section!
Finally, if it helps, take a look at the RUG 2012 map, click through the venues and decide which one is most convenient. Don’t forget, you’ll need to log in to the website to see it. And remember, too, that training vouchers can't be redeemed on Regional User Group bookings – only on training.
