We've been providing donorflex since 1988, when we were founded as part of the then West Midlands Children's Hospice Project.
In 1991 we incorporated as an independent organisation and, since then, both Acorns and we have gone from strength to strength.
Acorns now operates three sites and we're privileged to work with a diverse client base, small to large, that covers many Not for Profit Sectors and Organisations from all over the UK and beyond.

Client Services
Our dedicated Client Services operation is headed by the Client Services Director, and supported by specialists in training, the help desk, technical deployment, strategic deployment, client development and administration services.

Quality Assurance
We also have a separate Application Quality Assurance operation, headed by the Technical Services Director. This audits responses to client enquiries and goes hand in hand with our programme of continuous donorflex development so that, where appropriate, new features identified by clients are moulded into the plan.

Research and Development
We know full well that Not-for-Profit fundraising techniques and strategies are constantly changing. We're continuously reviewing the way these undertakings work in practice as part of our commitment to growth through innovation. We combine our findings with feedback from our Sales & Marketing team whose research identifies new features that could be incorporated to benefit both new and existing donorflex clients.
Development is phased and prioritised and delivered by our in-house software experts, who meet the company's quality standards expected by the Client Services team. It means we can give this donorflex assurance – the commitment to quality ingrained in our culture is the absolute guarantee that our clients will never find us lacking.
