Yes! Please note that:
- If you're requesting licences for two seats, please make sure that you include both computer names on the registration form.
- In the event of encountering problems, most answers will be found in the application Help or the Tips'n'Tricks document, which is updated periodically and available in the downloadable dmailer starter pack. We'd encourage you to look there first – it could be a timesaver for you.
- Care Data Systems helpdesk support is provided only for the dmailer plus and dmailerclick plus products, not for the basic dmailer and dmailerclick products.
- It might be that, from time to time, the cause of a dmailer issue is found to be within your local network. In these cases, we'll be happy to advise, but you'll need to follow up the problem with your own IT support.
- If your organisation already has dmailer or dmailerclick, you can still book staff in to a half-day training course, which costs £350 plus VAT per person. Please call and ask for the date of the next course – but bear in mind that loyalty vouchers aren't accepted
- If you choose, you can arrange for bespoke dmailer training to take place on your site, or at Care Data Systems, so that more members of your team – including your IT support colleagues – can start to build their dmailer expertise. Normal training rates and terms apply
