I would like to say thank you for an inspirational user conference. I thoroughly enjoyed it especially networking with other hospices. The Joe Saxton session was very informative and certainly gave me food for thought. David Cheek was excellent in his session Data Matters, as was the session regarding Gift Aid.
David Hall’s introduction to Data Protection was fascinating. I felt that more time was needed for that session as there were many questions left unanswered due to time constraints.
Both days went quickly but I am eager to put into practice what I have learnt and to pass the information onto our team here in Hartlepool. Also the Conference Centre at Aston University was superb… it’s the best location I have been to.
Please say a huge thank you from me to your team who, as always, were professional and friendly. When these events happen, it’s like a family reunion. So keep up the good work – Michael Power, Database Manager, Hartlepool and District Hospice (delegate)
We researched five and each was assessed against ease of use, training offered, available modules, number of users allowed, system requirements, support offered, and cost-value for money. We were very impressed with donorflex and, based on the fact that it was extremely good value for money, did everything we needed, and more, and the people were genuine and had the charity's best interests at heart, it was an easy decision to switch to them – BREAK senior fundraising officer Sarah Saunders
This is just a very quick message to let you know how impressed we are with donorflex 9! We especially like the way merged letters work so quickly and so neatly, and also how straightforward you have made it to do partial Gift Aid and partial reversals. It was so funny on Monday – after donorflex 9 was installed on Friday – to have several users coming over to me to say how marvellous it all was! Take care – Helen Riley and the donorflex team at Isabel Hospice
It's been developed in the way that helps us, not just in the way that somebody with an IT brain wants it – Katharine House Hospice head of fundraising Lisa Taylor, on the part donorflex clients play in the database's development
Thank you very much for two excellent days training and support for the team. It is a pleasure to have someone like you to work with on this project and a great comfort knowing you will support over next 12 months through the change process – David Marshall, Director of Funding Development, Saint Catherine's Hospice, Scarborough
Just to say Jo came in for just a few hours training with Robyn and myself earlier this month and, as always, she’s terrific. So many big problems solved in a short time! Just wanted you to know we think she’s great at her job! – Helen Craig, Epilepsy Scotland
It's knowing the people who support it. You can tailor your relationship with them accordingly, and develop it, rather than having the one-size-fits-all measure, which is no good to anyone. They want individual relationships. They want to feel special – BREAK's Sarah Bunn
All charities of our size, medium to large charities, need this function. We've inputted lots of useful information on the charity side, and donorflex has been fantastic and made it work – Emmaus UK's Nancy Childerhouse on donorflex's suite of Tracker reports
