I would like to say thank you for an inspirational user conference. I thoroughly enjoyed it especially networking with other hospices. The Joe Saxton session was very informative and certainly gave me food for thought. David Cheek was excellent in his session Data Matters, as was the session regarding Gift Aid.
David Hall’s introduction to Data Protection was fascinating. I felt that more time was needed for that session as there were many questions left unanswered due to time constraints.
Both days went quickly but I am eager to put into practice what I have learnt and to pass the information onto our team here in Hartlepool. Also the Conference Centre at Aston University was superb… it’s the best location I have been to.

Having returned home from the donorflex conference (tired!!), I just wanted to quickly email you to say THANK YOU! for a fantastic conference. I have come away with a new 'to-do' list a lot longer than the one I had before the conference.
All of the workshops were conducted in a way that kept you interested, and left me coming away with a lot of food for thought, and cannot wait to start implementing some of the ideas and suggestions that have been given by both the workshop presenters and also from fellow delegates. Joe Saxton's masterclass on Monday was especially thought provoking.
I look forward to receiving the slides from the presentations, to help back up what I have gained and help me to pass the information on to others at the hospice.

Thanks for the invitation to a great event. We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to meet with the delegates, the speakers and the donorflex team in a great venue.
