Snowdrops are out, and daffodils are pushing through, which can only mean one thing in the donorflex calendar – the Regional User Group season is almost upon us.

Planning for the 2019 roadshows has straddled the festive season, and we’re now able to tell you where we’re going and when we’ll be there, so that you can save the date.

Dates and venues

  • Thursday, May 9: South-West and Wales (Armada House, Bristol – to be confirmed)
  • Wednesday, May 15: East (Arthur Rank House Hospice, Cambridge)
  • Thursday, May 16: South-East (Sandown Park, Esher)
  • Tuesday, May 21: Northern Ireland (Tiny Life, Belfast)
  • Thursday, May 23: Scotland (Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Glasgow)
  • Wednesday, June 5: North-West (Willowbrook Hospice, St Helens)

  • Wednesday, June 12: North-East 2 (Redworth Hall Hotel, Redworth, Newton Aycliffe)

As ever, our choice of venues has been made with cost, comfort and ease of access in mind.

Pricing

The cost of a seat will be £55 + VAT.

Agenda

We’ve already started receiving requests for topics to be covered in the 2019 RUGs – so we’ve decided that part of the agenda will be handed over to you.

In other words, you’re in control of what we look at in those sessions.

The bookings website is also primed, so stand by for more details on both of those key RUG elements early next week.

We’re looking forward to seeing you there!
