HIOWAA reflects on ‘amazing’ implementation

Here’s a fact that’s been underscored time and time again during the donorflex team’s 30-plus years supporting charities the length and breadth of the UK.

Functionality and budget are key tickboxes when a charity’s searching for a fresh CRM partner, of course – but the real test of a new relationship is summed up in one word. People.

By that, we mean the team members who’ll be using the new database, and the supporters who populate the data that’s just been migrated.

That test – as we see it – comes at the earliest point of the new partnership, when the implementation is underway, and initial training calls for care, reassurance and understanding.

They’re the foundations for great things to come.
