The donorflex Lottery module has allowed us to bring our hospice lottery completely in-house. It not only unified all our fundraising and lottery activities in one database, but has saved us an incredible £15,000 a year in external administration costs. For a charity that has to raise £5m each year, thats just amazing! The donorflex team did an excellent job leading us through the processes, from data-matching to running our first draw. It was wonderful working with Care Data Systems on the synchronisation of uploading the donation information from donorflex directly into the Sage package operated by our Finance department. I am loving the Record-picker function in donorflex. A volunteer came in with a handwritten list of invitees for an event (a mixture of volunteers, businesses, supporters etc and it was really easy to create a mailing file by picking all the records we wanted.
