We dont live to put ticks in sales boxes. What motivates us is showing prospective clients what donorflex can do for them and their chosen causes, and then easing them towards being great users.
We dont like you to take our word for it, either. We prefer the final say to come from people who already know what its like to work with donorflex, the colleague thats never on holiday or takes a day off sick.
If you havent already done so, take a look at some of our success stories in greater detail. Then, so that you can see how weve been striking the right chord with clients consistently over the years, heres a selection from emails and calls that weve been delighted to receive....
The donorflex Lottery module has allowed us to bring our hospice lottery completely in-house. It not only unified all our fundraising and lottery activities in one database, but has saved us an incredible £15,000 a year in external administration costs. For a charity that has to raise £5m each year, thats just amazing! The donorflex team did an excellent job leading us through the processes, from data-matching to running our first draw. They really supported the team by offering support and training throughout. I only wish wed made the move sooner! Linzi Warburton, Head of Fundraising, Trinity Hospice, Blackpool
The decision to go with donorflex was made when Steve came and presented to us. The biggest thing for us was his understanding of how we work, and the expectation that we had of what we wanted from our new system Peter Cox, CRM Team Leader, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance
I looked at the system we had and there were all sorts of reasons why, unfortunately, that wasnt going to help us. donorflex seemed to be able to help us meet our immediate needs, but also grow with us as we grew over the years Mary Liley, Head of Fundraising, Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital Charity
Its knowing the people who support it. You can tailor your relationship with them accordingly, and develop it, rather than having the one-size-fits-all measure, which is no good to anyone. They want individual relationships. They want to feel special Breaks Sarah Bunn
We cant afford for people to choose to support us and then be disappointed, and not give again Lisa Taylor defining why the 150,000 size of Katharine Houses population area means fund-raising has to strike gold every time
The Communications facility is crucial to the work we do. It enables us to keep in touch closely with our supporters, many of whom have been involved in our work for years Why using donorflex to its best effect isnt just about recording hard pounds and pence at the Wordsworth Trust
Datastream has saved our organisation hours every week of processing time when it comes to event registrations. I couldnt do my job without it! Vicki Hedger, Donations and Database Manager, St Barnabas Hospice Worthing
Just to let you know, I submitted my Gift Aid claim via donorflex last Friday and have received payment today. Cant believe how simple and quick it is. Going forward will submit all Gift Aid claims via donorflex. Thanks for your help Farzana Kaka, Research & Data Officer Henshaws
The second file, which had over 1,000 Direct Debits, imported fine and dealt with all the rejections... This new module is a great help and will save so much time. Thanks for your help in implementing it for us Helen & Douglas House Hospices accounts team reaction after the Direct Debits module implementation
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for the help and assistance during 2019. Your exceptional guidance and patience are always greatly appreciated. From the team at Primrose, we hope you all have a great Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year Sandra Albright, Database Administrator, Primrose Hospice
I am leaving St Elizabeths next week. May I take this opportunity to say how impressed I have been with the level of support provided by Care Data Systems. I have been involved in IT, and liaised with a multitude of various IT providers, since the early 1980s and would certainly place your support at the top of my list Peter Revell, Fundraising Office, St Elizabeths Centre
Many thanks for your support and assistance during the upgrade... I can honestly say that we couldnt have achieved our success without your valued help, and Im sure I can speak for all our donorflex users when I say sincerest thanks. Kind regards Graeme Murray, IM&T Support Technician, St Oswalds Hospice
Hi Irena Thanks so much for this. You have a fantastic memory! Ive forwarded this question to my colleague who deals directly with Legacies, to see if theres anything else shed like to see on there. Thanks once again. Such brilliant customer service to follow this up. We really appreciate it! Antony Bagott, Database and Donor Care Officer, Arthur Rank House Hospice, Cambridge
No question/suggestion is too silly, small or big for the donorflex team! I like the way they make it their business to understand our wants and needs as a charity and work with us to develop a solution. I also feel I am being listened to and my opinion really matters Vicki Hedger, Donations and Database Manager, St Barnabas Hospice Worthing.
I recently competed an end-of-year review with our Database Administrator and she indicated how extremely helpful and you and your team have been when she has had queries with donorflex. I thought this compliment was well worth passing on. Thank you for your help David Head, then Chief Executive, RP Fighting Blindness
Your helpdesk has been fantastic and, although Im still finding my way around some of the functionality of donorflex, Im finding it quite straightforward to get things done Clive James, Project Lead, Great North Air Ambulance
Another reason we choice to use donorflex to manage our raffles was that we knew there was excellent support and advice available at all time, not just during the implementation period. The support team are excellent, always willing to give advice, and always looking for opportunities to make the product even better Dominic Woods, Data & Insights Manager, Keech Hospice Care
Jo! Thank you very much for the training you did for Ian, Sarah and Beth today. They have returned enthusiastic and inspired, ready to change everything we do, and keen to educate the rest of the team in the uses and benefits of donorflex that they are currently unaware of! Ill be in touch soon to discuss the next session youre doing for us but, until then, thank you very much once again, Im really pleased with the results. Regards David Pratt, Deputy Director of Fundraising, Myton Hospice (PS they all say thank you too!)
Thank you for an excellent training session on Monday. I feel a lot more confident about importing and exporting Michael Power, Database Administrator, Hartlepool and District Hospice
Thank you very much for two excellent days training and support for the team. Its a pleasure to have someone like you to work with on this project and a great comfort knowing you will support over next 12 months through the change process David Marshall, then Director of Funding Development, Saint Catherines Hospice, Scarborough
It has been a real pleasure working with you all over the years. donorflex has been an integral part of our success at St Gemmas and you have contributed to patient care as much as any nurse Tracy Dick, Director of Business Development, St Gemmas Hospice, on her retirement
Since we started using donorflex in 1994 our organisation has grown and so has our use of donorflex (including the Lottery module last year). Yet the costs have stayed low despite our increased growth (especially when we use the earlybird special!) and we get real value for money Vicki Hedger, Donations and Database Manager, St Barnabas Hospice Worthing
May I say how lovely it has been to work with you again. Our events would not happen without support from wider fundraising community; your sponsorship was vital to helping over 80 fundraisers work towards their own bigger goals. I value donorflex especially for the high level of service, care and commitment you give to our delegates. Thank you. Finally, you have been so friendly, professional and contributed greatly to our conference experience it has been a pleasure to be BOLD, be BRAVE with donorflex! Esther Hartas, Institute of Fundraising East Midlands Conference 2020 organiser
The Royal Charter is a reflection on the great work in the sector, including from our corporate partners, so the congratulations really should be aimed at you! We wouldnt be in the position we are without our broad range of members. Thanks once again for all the support youve given Adam Bryan, Director of Partnerships and Innovation, Institute of Fundraising, responds to donorflexs message of congratulations for the Institute being granted Royal Charter Status by the Queen
I am loving the Record-picker function in donorflex. A volunteer came in with a handwritten list of invitees for an event (a mixture of volunteers, businesses, supporters etc and it was really easy to create a mailing file by picking all the records we wanted. So thank you, donorflex team! Cath Coates, Fundraising Assistant and Administrator, Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland
Its been developed in the way that helps us, not just in the way that somebody with an IT brain wants it Katharine House Hospice Deputy Chief Executive Lisa Taylor, on the part donorflex clients play in the databases development
We work with the key drivers of the UK charity sector.
