We dont live to put ticks in sales boxes. What motivates us is showing prospective clients what donorflex can do for them and their chosen causes, and then easing them towards being great users.
We dont like you to take our word for it, either. We prefer the final say to come from people who already know what its like to work with donorflex, the colleague thats never on holiday or takes a day off sick.
If you havent already done so, take a look at some of our success stories in greater detail. Then, so that you can see how weve been striking the right chord with clients for years and years, heres a selection from emails and calls that weve been delighted to receive....
We have been very pleased with the change to donorflex Lottery. Integrating lottery with our main supporter base has been a significant factor in enabling the lottery to grow dramatically over the last year Pam Russell, Director of Fundraising and Community Relations, St Lukes Hospice, Kenton Grange
Its knowing the people who support it. You can tailor your relationship with them accordingly, and develop it, rather than having the one-size-fits-all measure, which is no good to anyone. They want individual relationships. They want to feel special Breaks Sarah Bunn
We cant afford for people to choose to support us and then be disappointed, and not give again Lisa Taylor defining why the 150,000 size of Katharine Houses population area means fund-raising has to strike gold every time
The Communications facility is crucial to the work we do. It enables us to keep in touch closely with our supporters, many of whom have been involved in our work for years Why using donorflex to its best effect isnt just about recording hard pounds and pence at the Wordsworth Trust
Datastream has saved our organisation hours every week of processing time when it comes to event registrations. I couldnt do my job without it! Vicki Hedger, Donations and Database Manager, St Barnabas Hospice Worthing
Just to let you know, I submitted my Gift Aid claim via donorflex last Friday and have received payment today. Cant believe how simple and quick it is. Going forward will submit all Gift Aid claims via donorflex. Thanks for your help Farzana Kaka, Research & Data Officer Henshaws
The second file, which had over 1,000 Direct Debits, imported fine and dealt with all the rejections... This new module is a great help and will save so much time. Thanks for your help in implementing it for us Helen & Douglas House Hospices accounts team reaction after the Direct Debits module implementation
Hi Irena Thanks so much for this. You have a fantastic memory! Ive forwarded this question to my colleague who deals directly with Legacies, to see if theres anything else shed like to see on there. Thanks once again. Such brilliant customer service to follow this up we really appreciate it! Antony Bagott, Database and Donor Care Officer, Arthur Rank House Hospice, Cambridge
No question/suggestion is too silly, small or big for the donorflex team! I like the way they make it their business to understand our wants and needs as a charity and work with us to develop a solution. I also feel I am being listening to and my opinion really matters Vicki Hedger, Donations and Database Manager, St Barnabas Hospice Worthing.
I recently competed an end-of-year review with our Database Administrator and she indicated how extremely helpful and you and your team have been when she has had queries with donorflex. I thought this compliment was well worth passing on. Thank you for your help David Head, then Chief Executive, RP Fighting Blindness
Your helpdesk has been fantastic and, although Im still finding my way around some of the functionality of donorflex, Im finding it quite straightforward to get things done Clive James, Project Lead, Great North Air Ambulance
Thumbs up to SQL! Ian, thanks for all your help and hand-holding and time. We really appreciate you enabling us to have SQL Lisa and the Fundraising team, Katharine House Hospice, Stafford

It is a pleasure to have someone like you to work with on this project and a great comfort knowing you will support over next 12 months through the change process David Marshall, then Director of Funding Development, Saint Catherines Hospice, Scarborough
A very big thank you to you, Ian and the team this year. Youve been outstanding! Mark Clayton, Kent Air Ambulances Data Program Administrator
Jo! Thank you very much for the training you did for Ian, Sarah and Beth today. They have returned enthusiastic and inspired, ready to change everything we do, and keen to educate the rest of the team in the uses and benefits of donorflex that they are currently unaware of! Ill be in touch soon to discuss the next session youre doing for us but, until then, thank you very much once again, Im really pleased with the results. Regards David Pratt, Deputy Director of Fundraising, Myton Hospice (PS they all say thank you too!)
Thank you for an excellent training session on Monday. I feel a lot more confident about importing and exporting Michael Power, Database Administrator, Hartlepool and District Hospice
Just a very quick thank you for all your help and assistance over the last few days. You dont know how grateful I am. I feel more confident about the system, but thats because I know your team are at the end of the phone. Keep up the excellent work! Zena Wright, Break
Since we started using donorflex in 1994 our organisation has grown and so has our use of donorflex (including the Lottery module last year). Yet the costs have stayed low despite our increased growth (especially when we use the earlybird special!) and we get real value for money Vicki Hedger, Donations and Database Manager, St Barnabas Hospice Worthing
In practice, the cost of implementing donorflex has proved to be one third of the cost of a member of staff, so we obviously made the right decision The Toybox Charity
Just a quick line to say thank you to Jo, Steve and yourself for the event at Scotch Corner yesterday. My colleagues and I found it very informative, and gave us food for thought on how we can develop our procedures even further. Best of luck with the rest of the road trip! Kind regards Jo Stowe, Assistant Director of Business Administration, Great North Air Ambulance Service
Thanks for another great day yesterday. Really useful as ever. Hope the rest of them go just as well Peter Wright, Donor Development Manager, ellenor
We just wanted to say thank you very much for the RUG day on Thursday at Scotch Corner. We both feel weve learnt a lot and look forward to the arrival of donorflex 10.2 and the improvements it will bring. The venue at Scotch Corner was brilliant for us and we hope it may be used again for future training. It was also lovely to meet other fundraisers and, of course, great to see the donorflex team. We really appreciate the time you all give to these training days and your valued help throughout the year. With best wishes Cath Coates and Nikki Carr, Hospice at Home Carlisle
I am loving the Record-picker function in donorflex. A volunteer came in with a handwritten list of invitees for an event (a mixture of volunteers, businesses, supporters etc and it was really easy to create a mailing file by picking all the records we wanted. So thank you, donorflex team! Cath Coates, Fundraising Assistant and Administrator, Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland
Its been developed in the way that helps us, not just in the way that somebody with an IT brain wants it Katharine House Hospice head of fundraising Lisa Taylor, on the part donorflex clients play in the databases development
We cant believe how accommodating Care Data Systems as an organisation really is. Theyve genuinely listen to our feedback The Toybox Charity
