Income processing
donorflex has all the tools to help you record income efficiently, this includes a range of import tools, rapid data entry functions and individual gift entry. Embedded acknowledgment tools take the pain out of thanking, via email or post.
Visibility of your income
You can view all transactions in the supporter record, this includes monetary and non-monetary items, soft credit and gift aid recovered. Future expected income is also visible where the supporter has a Regular Giving agreement or Lottery play or Gift Aid is yet to be claimed.
Gift Aid it
Eligible income is easily swept up by the comprehensive range of Gift Aid functions including personal gifts, event sponsor monies and Gift Aid Small Donations. Submitting your claim couldn’t be more straightforward, donorflex integrates directly with the HMRC portal. Gift Aid recovered from HMRC is seamlessly recorded in donorflex and attributed back to the supporter record.
