Reporting
Standard reports are available across the whole range of donorflex functionality, these can be driven by your time preference or by month and year. In addition we have a Report Wizard available at the results stage of any enquiry where you can report on those results in detail or summary. Insight gets you to the core of the data, you can extract and report data directly via pre-defined or your own SQL views, the results can be in detail or presented in a pivot table style. You can make an Insight report available to your users (scheduled by email!) without the need for them to know the underlying detail.
Data extraction
A range of standard enquiries allow you to extract data for operation or marketing communications. Robust checks and sophisticated rules exist within the database to ensure deceased and inactive records are not output, where the purpose is a marketing communication donorflex excludes those who are not expecting to receive such communications.
