donorflex case study: Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital

I looked at the system we had and there were all sorts of reasons why, unfortunately, that wasn’t going to help us. donorflex seemed to be able to help us meet our immediate needs, but also grow with us as we grew over the years.

Switching to the Donorflex Lottery module centralized our hospice lottery operations, saving us £15,000 annually in admin costs. With all fundraising activities in one database, our £5m annual fundraising goal is more achievable. No question/suggestion is too silly, small or big for the donorflex team! I like the way they make it their business to understand our wants and needs as a charity and work with us to develop a solution. I also feel I am being listened to and my opinion really matters.
