donorflex Go: Supporter care on the move

I looked at the system we had and there were all sorts of reasons why, unfortunately, that wasn’t going to help us. donorflex seemed to be able to help us meet our immediate needs, but also grow with us as we grew over the years.

Switching to the Donorflex Lottery module centralized our hospice lottery operations, saving us £15,000 annually in admin costs. With all fundraising activities in one database, our £5m annual fundraising goal is more achievable. The Donorflex team provided exceptional guidance, from data integration to our first draw, offering ongoing support and training. Wish we’d made the move sooner!

Datastream has saved our organisation hours every week of processing time when it comes to event registrations. I couldn’t do my job without it!

Just to let you know, I submitted my Gift Aid claim via donorflex last Friday and have received payment today. Can’t believe how simple and quick it is. Going forward will submit all Gift Aid claims via donorflex. Thanks for your help.

No question/suggestion is too silly, small or big for the donorflex team! I like the way they make it their business to understand our wants and needs as a charity and work with us to develop a solution. I also feel I am being listened to and my opinion really matters.
