Great news for donorflex 11.1 users facing lockdown challenge

donorflex lockdown by your side logoThe Covid lockdown has prompted a number of clients to ask how they can allow supporters to take a payment holiday on their committed giving, rather than cancelling.

The good news is that we’ve implemented a solution in donorflex 11.1 Service Pack 3.

You’ll be able to do it by globally marking future payments as missed. This has the advantage of not disturbing the rhythm of the Direct Debits.

We made the decision to bring this development forward to SP3, in the expectation that it will ease at least some of the tasks that need to be considered.

Please note. If your organisation hasn’t yet upgraded to donorflex 11.1, this WILL NOT APPLY to you. If you try to use 11.1 SP3 with non-11.1 data, it will create issues.

We’ve also redesigned the lottery draw process to reduce the time it takes to run – which, again, makes for greater efficiency.

We’d recommend you update your donorflex 11.1 system as soon as you and your IT support team are ready.

As usual, Click the link below to set the ball rolling. Your donorflex Liaison Manager (DLM) will need to use their login credentials to access the My donorflex / Downloads area.
