donorflex 11.1 Service Pack 4 and donorflex 11.2 Service Pack 2 are now available for users to download from the website.
The Service Packs address a couple of issues recently notified to us by our users and please bear in mind that they are only relevant to organisations that currently use donorflex 11.1 or 11.2, not donorflex 12 which is unaffected.
There are 2 issues: one concerning the Lottery import and one in Organised Events:
If the Lottery Plays and Players Import is run in test mode and then immediately in live mode in the same session, and there are email addresses in the incoming file, then the mailing preferences are not imported.
In some instances, the published summary income figure on the Event Detail / Financials tab is incorrect. This fix requires a Recalc to be performed once the service pack is installed. Recalc can be found under donorflex Tools and Utilities / donorflex utilities. Do not tick either of the 2 tick boxes and ensure that no-one else is logged into donorflex when the recalc is being run.
Please note a couple of important points that will be familiar if youve managed previous service packs.
When you choose to download the Service Pack, your donorflex Liaison Manager (DLM) must use their specific username and password to log in to the My donorflex - Downloads area of the website as this is a restricted-access.
Once there, these are the files you need - either for donorflex 11.1 or donorflex 11.2.
Simply download the file that is relevant to your current installed version, unzip the file into your master file location and proceed.
