donorflex 12 is here and with it comes an opportunity to say hello to the great new tools youll be using to manage your supporters as soon as you upgrade!
Our special, one-off donorflex 12 revealed day in Birmingham, last October, gave you the first opportunity to eyeball whats coming your way.
Now weve put seven dates in the diary, between mid-April and mid-July, to do the same as you prepare to make 12 a huge part of your working day.
Each date will bring you five individual Zoom sessions. Each session focuses on a particular donorflex topic....
.... meaning you can join us for the ones that suit your donorflex role, and skip the ones that dont.
So, thats these seven opportunities as the summer approaches for your whole team to prepare for 12 in detail:
We know which organisations had at least one delegate at Octobers face-to-face donorflex 12 revealed event. If you were among them, the great news is that were giving you the opportunity to book up to 10 Zoom places free of charge. Yes, FREE. Its our way of saying thank you for joining us back then.
If something prevented you from playing a part that day, youll be able to book up to 10 places for a one-off charge of £60 (excluding VAT) and well invoice you accordingly. Thats great value.
Our Covid lockdown Keeping in Touch sessions were limited to a maximum of two delegates per organisation per session, to ensure that as many different organisations as possible could have someone in that particular Zoom room for that particular session.
Were doing the same for these donorflex 12 sessions. In short, your 10 places could be taken up by having two people in each of the five sessions on the same day. Or you could spread them out across the seven dates.
This time, weve increased the number of seats per session from 16 to 24. So, the advice is to claim your seats as soon as you can.
If you book more than two seats per session, well drop you a warm and friendly email to ask you to trim it back to two.
If you want to book a seat or two for the topic of your choice, heres what to do:
