Back to the future at Hospice Lotteries Association 2021

The donorflex team is basking in the warmth of our first face-to-face conference in 18 months – the Hospice Lotteries Association’s annual gathering at Warwickshire’s delightful Walton Hall.

The two-day event, our thirteenth in a row as lead sponsor, allowed us to celebrate all that’s great in the hospice lottery world.

Eighty-plus delegates from 40 organisations enjoyed, and benefited from, the stimulating and highly relevant speaker contributions on the theme of ‘Time for change’ as the sector continues its adjustment to a post-lockdown world.

It provided the perfect springboard for donorflex managing director Brian Todd’s plenary address.

He showcased the great results being achieved by the donorflex Lottery clients who are using the system’s Keep the Change feature – in the case of one hospice, attracting additional donations in excess of £10,000 in a year, as well as a £26,000 bonus reported by a donorflex air ambulance trust client.

“We were also delighted to discuss the new donorflex Go product,” says Brian, pictured above with Lottery consultant Patrick O'Donnell. “It will play such an important part in extending the reach of donorflex knowledge and facilities to other members of the hospice team via iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
