The first opportunity to take a look fell to the delegates at our special one-day, in-person donorflex 12.0 revealed event, which took take place at the Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre, in Birmingham – our first face-to-face gathering of the post-Covid era. Here’s a taste of what they saw.

In short, Direct Debits delight. The ADDACS functionality will enable you to process amendments and cancellations via an XML file downloaded from BACS. That’s a big step forward, and a huge time saving.

We chose Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre very carefully. And we weren’t disappointed. Here’s why:

• History: Here’s what we love! The hotel is a charity with an ethos to match. All profits are invested in medical research. Indeed, the University’s always been at the forefront of research that’s had a worldwide impact. Ten of their alumni and staff have been recognised with Nobel Prizes for achievements ranging from revealing the structure of DNA, to developing new treatments for heart disease and cancer.
