DONORFLEX 12.0 IS COMING YOUR WAY!

We know how important it is for you to trust functionality that’s equal to your energy and ideas, so we’re delighted to announce that donorflex 12.0 is almost here.

For almost 35 years, our mission to keep improving donorflex continues, so we’ve brought developments forward to light up your donorflex working days.

And you don’t have to wait long to see what we mean. In fact...

WOW! THE BIG REVEAL

The first opportunity to take a look fell to the delegates at our special one-day, in-person donorflex 12.0 revealed event, which took take place at the Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre, in Birmingham – our first face-to-face gathering of the post-Covid era. Here’s a taste of what they saw.

Anonymisation tool

Managing ’right to be forgotten’ requests is a complex part of income-generation office life that demands clarity, accuracy and control. So, you’re going to love the new Anonymisation tool. Not bad for starters, eh!

Bulk operational emails using Outlook

Say hello to sending bulk operational bespoke emails to supporters using donorflex (emails are sent via Outlook).

New Pledges module functionality

If you have supporters doing great things of their own for you, out there in the community – and, let’s face it, they’re increasingly important to you – the new Pledges module’s going to be a joy!

ADDACS functionality

In short, Direct Debits delight. The ADDACS functionality will enable you to process amendments and cancellations via an XML file downloaded from BACS. That’s a big step forward, and a huge time saving.

Reporting revolution

The new Reports Wizard will enable users to save and load settings on all enquiries. All standard reports have been rewritten – with new ones added.

Filters

We’re talking about saving and loading.

Gift Aid

A new checklist for donations that don’t qualify – how good is that!

Soft Credits

Now available for Regular Giving agreements.

Much more!

Yes, there’s much, much more.

VENUE

EPHCC-plenary-2020

We chose Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre very carefully. And we weren’t disappointed. Here’s why:

  • Location: Edgbaston Park Road, Edgbaston B15 2RS – close to the A38 Bristol Road in the heart of the University of Birmingham campus, of which it’s part (click the link above to start planning your journey)
  • Transport: The venue’s a five-minute walk from University station, which is only seven minutes from Grand Central (New Street) on the Cross-City line
  • Parking: It’s free and just a two-minute walk away – and there are first-come, first-served electric charging points directly outside the hotel
  • Prestige: The hotel was the base for the England, Wales and Jamaica teams at the Commonwealth Games. When you step inside, you’ll see why
  • History: Here’s what we love! The hotel is a charity with an ethos to match. All profits are invested in medical research. Indeed, the University’s always been at the forefront of research that’s had a worldwide impact. Ten of their alumni and staff have been recognised with Nobel Prizes for achievements ranging from revealing the structure of DNA, to developing new treatments for heart disease and cancer.
