The dust has settled on Hospice Income Generation Networks online 2021 conference, which matched Februarys Chartered Institute of Fundraising Northern Conference in raising the bar for virtual gatherings.
The four-day event hosted on the impressive Airmeet platform delivered consistently high standards.
HIGN changed their approach for 2021 as a nod to the challenges facing the sector, with bookings invited from organisations, rather than individual members.
The figures speak for themselves:
Just like that, our 2021 Virtual Conference is over. 4 amazing days of networking, learning, sharing and inspiring. And what a 4 days it has been. One knockout conference? We couldnt agree more.
After a turbulent 14-month, double-lockdown period, one of the conferences major themes was well-being and the work-life balance.
As a HIGN Platinum Partner, the donorflex team was privileged to bring together the video that sat at the heart of Day Threes virtual awards, which showcased memorable moments and acts of kindness.
"Its important that you continue to look after yourselves," HIGN trustee Matt Smith told delegates in the closing plenary.
"No matter where you work, youve done amazing things to allow our donors to continue to give and keep the services you provide going every single day of the year.
"One of the things thats been across conference is making sure that our supporters feel valued, appreciated and engaged with your hospices."
