Desperate to stop spending so much of your hard-earned income on postage?
At a time when the cost of postage is so expensive, we're not surprised. Even sent second class, a thousand letters leaves little change out of £250.
Fed up with folding letters, sticking labels and sealing envelopes? Why wouldn't you be. Think of what your staff could be doing instead.
If making every penny count is important to you, read on, bearing in mind that, if you're already a donorflex user, you can log in to the Client Area and navigate to donorflex Products / dmailer to register online for a free 30-day trial or to buy a 12-month dmailer licence.

What is dmailer?
dmailer is an optional extra stand-alone donorflex application that simplifies the task of sending bulk e-mails individually tailored, if you wish to your colleagues and supporters. We've been using it to stay in touch with you, and now we're ready to give you the chance to enjoy the benefits it brings to us.
-
Easy to use?
It could hardly be easier. In short, this is how it works:
- Use donorflex to generate a simple .csv mailing file of recipient e-mail addresses.
- Write your HTML or plaintext e-mail message, complete with bespoke content and any desired attachment.
- Bring the two together in dmailer.
See! Told you it was easy!
-
Great, isn't it!
It certainly is! It'll energise the way you keep in touch with your supporters:
- Send newsletters, event updates, registration forms, letters, brochures, leaflets, invitations. It's up to you!
- Save trees for yourself, your supporter and the planet.
- And don't forget, your dmailer message can contain a link to your website, opening your online world with one click!
If you're thinking of moving to donorflex, make a note to ask us about dmailer during an early conversation.
