Merchandise

Control and quantify your lines, and manage multiple stock locations and consignments. Understand who buys what and when, and use this knowledge to develop relationships with supporters. Track the VAT and ensure you manage purchase-related extra donations so that you maximise your income via Gift Aid qualifying income streams.

Third-party events

Keep track of the sports days, jumble sales or coffee mornings – and so on – organised on your behalf by supporters. Formulate a diary of fundraising programmes and monitor income received. Allocate your representatives – and equipment – to functions. Then use donorflex's enquiry facilities to assist with financial planning and control.

Gifts in kind

Collecting boxes

Information requests

The word's out! Record and monitor requests for information and use the data for follow-up action.
