Which course to raise your skills, lift your results?
Our training diary is more than just a run through donorflex, module by module, or a repeat of what you can read in the help guide. That approach would teach you what buttons to press, but not how to make the most of the system.
Instead, our training takes you into the heart of donorflex to show you how and why combining your use of various modules will turn your inspiration, ideas and energy into results.
Below, you'll find a summary of our most popular courses. There's something for everyone. Simply decide which source of insight and information is right for you and your colleagues and the causes that depend on you then click the link to the booking form that you'll find in each section.
By booking, you'll be deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions (click to read). If you want to book training, please click the Courses and bookings link on the Client menu.
Your training feedback
We hope your training lives up to these expectations. As ever, however, your feedback will help us to ensure that we maintain the high standard we like to deliver.
Please click on the Client menu's Surveys link to let us know your thoughts.

Easing a beginner into donorflex
It's a fact of third-sector life that roles and faces often change within your organisation when you can least do with it.
It leaves your new colleague needing to become familiar with the team member that knows the majority of answers and never has a day off – donorflex.
The increasing popularity of events like Midnight Walks and gala balls presents you with a big chance to raise funds and spread the word but the workload can be huge, and the margin for error non-existent.
Your first task is to cover the cost of staging the event. The next is to make it such a success that your supporters will want to come back, year after year.
For our newest training course, we've drawn inspiration from the reaction to our very successful run of Regional User Group roadshows in 2008 – the A to Z of donorflex.
The format passed control of the agenda over to you. In short, you picked a letter and asked your question about any aspect of donorflex.
Our free donorflex overview course is designed to increase awareness among your users – whether they're new to the organisation or just the role – of what the database is capable of doing for your mission.
We look at the full scope of functionality in a course that's particularly pertinent when it coincides with new releases.
We don't set dates for the overview course but organise them according to client request, with a minimum of three and maximum of six delegates.
If you'd like to put yourself or colleagues forward for the next course, which is not a hands-on session, please contact Irena Bragg via the General enquiries option in Contact Us.
