The course focuses on what data can be brought into donorflex and how that data must be structured.
It also delivers the knowledge of the different donorflex functions that ensure data accuracy and protection from data duplication. It covers:
- Issues such as refreshing existing donor details, creating new donor records and bringing in donations
- The more commonly used import processes as well as discussing the less frequently used import functions
The course will cover significant ground and requires attendees to be familiar with using donorflex to run enquiries and produce both mailing files and transit files.
You'll also need basic computing knowledge and the ability to manipulate data in Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet experience).
It's intended for database administrators or other advanced users who are tasked at exporting data from and bringing data into donorflex and who wish to understand all the issues.
