donorflexs full year of external events is about to pick up speed again, after the summer break, and follow autumn through to the cusp of well, lets say the festive break.
As ever, the conference run-in kicks off with the Hospice Lotteries Associations 2019 gathering at Wellesbournes relaxing Walton Hall.
Brian Todd, Patrick ODonnell and Paul Hilliard will be there to share time and insights with friends old and new on Wednesday-Thursday, September 18-19, with a particular reason both for reflection and looking ahead as its our tenth conference as lead sponsor.
Patrick will join Jo Davies at the Institute of Fundraisings North-East Regional conference at Newcastle-upon-Tynes Crowne Plaza Stephenson Quarter Hotel, on Monday-Tuesday, September 23-24, anticipating a couple of days to match last years high-calibre event.
Taking up the role of lead sponsor role means well be centre stage at the IoF North-West conference on Wednesday-Thursday, September 25-26, with Steve Mason and Paul Hilliard on hand.
The event at Chesters Crowne Plaza almost marks the half-way point in our very full involvement in the IoF regions, which has grown rapidly during the past couple of years.
That landmark falls to the IoF Scottish Fundraising Conference, at Glasgows DoubleTree by Hilton City Hotel, on Tuesday-Wednesday, October 1, with Jo Davies and Mark Higgitt in attendance.
The IoF West Midlands and Wales events both on Thursday, October 24 are next on the schedule. Steve Mason and Patrick ODonnell make the short journey to the Second Citys Birmingham Conference and Events Centre, while Jo and Mark travel to Cardiffs Sophia Gardens Stadium, with donorflex delighted to be in the lead sponsor spotlight at both venues.
Then theres a three-week pause before we visit Derbys Pride Park stadium for the IoF East Midlands one-day conference on Thursday, November 14, which closes the donorflex teams conference season.
Since the IoF Yorkshire team asked us to be signature sponsor at their 2018 conference, weve been invited to play the same role at a number of the regional events, says donorflexs managing director, Brian Todd. Theyve become really important dates on our calendar.
Its great to be associated with these prestige events, of course. But the real value to us as a data-driven CRM supplier is being immersed in a spectrum of fundraising-related sessions with people who spend their working days on the fundraising front line. Theres no substitute for sitting down with them and listening to the things that matter.
We work with the key drivers of the UK charity sector.
